Micah was our technician. He arrived promptly, went over everything thoroughly, asked if we had any questions and got to work. The end results were wonderful! Our floor looks like new! We are very pleased with this company overall, from phone calls to appointments, to the work done and the cost.

Carter and Manchan were our techs. They did a fantastic job putting down several colors for us to choose from. I didn't like them, so they asked which one was closer to what we liked and how we would like to change it. 15 minutes later, they put down 3 more colors, and we found the perfect color from that group.

Carter and Manchan were here for about 7 hours to do the floors and walls in our master bathroom, along with the floors in our guest bathroom and laundry room. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They were both very professional and cleaned up everything before they left.

We are completely satisfied with the new grout color, and we highly recommend Sir Grout to get your grout cleaned and sealed.

I was completely impressed with this company's professionalism and communication from making the appointment to having the estimate conversation (Jonathan) to performing the work and completion (awesome work, Andrew)! Results? I called them because a red wine bottle was dropped on a tile foyer, leaving purplish grout. During the estimate, I added two tiled bathroom floors to the list. Floors are so lovely to look at! Dare I say, I loved that I had it done. I highly recommend them.
